we have a new front hall rug. i have been looking for something for a while that would fit in the space, be a nice thing to come home to, and go with the fun table we have in the foyer.
i think we did pretty well.
next on the list: painting the front hall butter yellow.

There's so many things to love: 1. The green table is FABOO. 2. The rug is just so stinkin' cute. 3. We had one of our rooms in Bucks County butter yellow. It's a stunning choice.
Since we're only renting right now while we house shop, I'm going to continue living vicariously through you! :-)
you're too funny; DH and i went back and forth over that table for a while before i convinced him that it was the right choice. of course, we intended for it to go into our living room, where it was for a few months until we rearranged furniture and now it sits in our front hall...do you think i ever have to tell him that was my plan along? :)

i like your rug a ton. it's so hard to find the right rug too. my house is filled with rugs i really can't stand. maybe in my next house...
Finding a rug is hard. We've been looking for one to match the new sofa and chair. Still haven't found anything. Good choice on your part. I only hope I have as much luck.
